She yan say the illegal detention from July 9 go reach 16, 2019,no be only an infringement for her fundamental human rights but also dey unlawful and unconstitutional.
She subsequently don demand N300 million as compensation/damages over the violation of her fundamental rights by the 1st to 3rd respondents.
The applicant also dey ask the court make e award her N50 million as exemplary damages for the unlawful and unwarranted infraction on her rights.
The case wey came up before Justice M. G. Umar court on Thursday don see the counsel to the 3rd respondents, filed two applications for extension of time make dem enable im file one counter affidavit to the one filed by the applicant.
Umar don grant the application after counsel to the applicant, Mr T. A. Akakhomen, and counsel to the 1st and 2nd respondents, Mrs O. A. Odigwe no object to the applications.
